On-Wrist Skin Temperature Sensor
Sense is Fitbit’s first watch with an on-wrist skin temperature sensor to keep you informed and in tune with your body. It logs your skin temperature each night so you can see when your temperature changes from your usual range. These insights can help you understand patterns and spot trends when it comes to changes in your body, like fever or ovulation.

Active Zone Minutes uses your resting heart rate as a baseline to track the time you’re spending in your target heart rate zones during exercise. You’ll see how your efforts add up and if you’re meeting the World Health Organization’s recommendation for 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week.

Sleep Stages & Sleep Score
